Review content:
Pump it Up quoted me a price and sent it to me in writing. The day of the party they charged me $60 more. Rather than making a scene at my daughter's birthday party with friends and family around, I thought that I would take care of it over the phone later in the week. When I called to get an adjustment the lady yelled at me, told me that I was wrong, and hung up on me. Made a personal visit to the location to resolve with the manager and without hesitation she picked up the phone and threated to call the police. I'm guessing by her reaction that I am not the first person to have a similar issue.
