I pull up to the Pump it Up location off of Race Track Rd. this morning at 10:35. It had been storming all morning and we finally had a lull to exit the car. The open sign was in the window, lights on, door unlocked, and a worker at the front desk. There was not a car in the parking lot....perfect, I can unload the kids right at the front door. Triplets (2 year olds), a 5 year old, and an 11 year old. I get the first two babies indoors and than it begins pouring again. One more baby, 2 others, and myself to go. We get completely soaked, but happy that we are inside and excited about play-time. The teenager behind the desk looks at me and says we are closed until 1:00pm. I said; are you kidding me? You watched me unload 5 kids (four which are in car seats, and 3 who are now soaking wet, and than you tell me you are not open! She says we don't open until one, I asked; why do you have an open sign in your window, the lights on, and the door unlocked. She states they have a birthday party going on. Mind you, there is NOT one car in the parking lot, nor a person in sight! Any business with sense would have taken my $50 dollars and let the kids play. NO........she had me load up the 5 kids in a now major thunder storm. Bad service and bad management. It is a school holiday and you are not open for free play until 1pm? You treat customers this way when you have brand new competition across the street? Well, guess what? The brand new Jump Zone across the street was open, and had a completely full facility! I WILL NEVER come to you again, and will tell any and every one who will listen this story. I can't imagine that you will be in business very much longer with your bad customer service, and new competition acroos the street!
