I feel horrible for ever leaving my cat here. She didn't stay downstairs which I was aware of and was supposed to be kept upstairs in her own ""suite"". They told me she'd be given bottled water. That they would play with her. I can guarantee she was pent up in a cage the entire time. The whole sch-peal was a lie!!!
They never let me see where she stayed and she was so freeked out when I picked her up. Ever since I left her there she has been to the vet countless amount of times from licking herself excessively from nervousness. The next visit she'll be on kitty prozac according to my vet.
The place is dirty and reeked of urine. I never saw the owners but I guess their children that seem to be running the place.
I don't know where these good reviews are coming from but I should have taken my cat elsewhere and regret ever stepping foot in that place.
Please, if you love your animal-don't do it!!
