I love the food and have been impressed with every dish I've tried. Often contemporary Asian fusion places fail to create dishes with complex taste and character, but Mt. Fuji succeeds where other places fail. The ambience is enjoyable--a little dark, but I love the exposed brick walls and decor. The special room in back is also great for a larger dinner party. My biggest suggestion to this restaurant would be to work on improving the service. The servers have generally been nice but in one case in particular I was less than impressed with my service and felt extremely undervalued as a customer who is paying good money to eat there. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this restaurant hands down.
