If it would let me it would be no stars! This place is the biggest rip off I ever had to encounter. At first it seemd like a great deal, good price and they even delievered the transmissions. To start they sent the wrong transmission, so after already having my 2001 Ford Ranger truck sitting in the drive way for a week we had to wait a few more days for them to come and pick my original tansmission, take it back to their shop 2 hours away, ""re-build"" it, and bring it back to us. Now this was going on 2 weeks of torture! After having it delievered our mechanic put our supposive original transmission back into the truck only to find out they gave us a 2003 transmission. Obvisouly they thought they were going to scam us but to bad they are not even smart enough to do that because Ford Ranger transmissions were completely changed after 2002. Now we have called them to confront them and they are trying to blam it on our mechanic, who has worked with our family for awhile now and worked on thr truck in our own backyard. The conversation ended with the mangaer of ""SUPER SHOPS"" saying f**** you and hanging up on me. So you decide if you would like to give your buissness to this lovely place.
