I contacted Super Shops Automotive for transmission on 7/22/2011 I talked to Steven he took my order and told me delivery would be Sunday 7/24/2011 no delivery made. On Monday 7/25 I called no answer I call every day the entire week M,T,W,T,F on Saturday they called me and left a message saying if I wanted the trans they had a delivery for the bay area on Tuesday 8/2 on Monday I called them back and talked to Steven again he had no concern at all for the run around and lack service I had got up to this point. He offered nothing. He told me he needs to find the invoice and would call me back. He did not call me back so I called them talked to someone who tells me they can deliver it Friday 8/5. This company could care less about the customer and I recomend nobody use them for anything if this is how they do business I can only imagine the type of shotey work they do on a transmission they the worst I have ever delt with.
