Review content:
Purchased a Super Trans transmission from Super Shops. Was promised delivery in 2 days. In reality it took 2 weeks to receive it. Installed transmission, contacted store to send back core transmission. They never picked up the core, and held my core charge. After 5 months of driving on new transmission, aprox. 5k miles. Transmission began shifting real hard, and making a howling noise. Contacted Super Shops regarding warranty, was told trans was being sent out for the last 5 weeks. I call nearly every day and get either no answer, or a story about the delivery car is broken. I have been on the phone with Gilbert the manager no less than 20 times regarding this issue. Still nothing.
There service is terrible. Stay away!!!
