It's rare that I'm drawn to write other then friend or family, but I HAD to commend you on the service I received from one of your designers. I believe her name is Terri Star. As soon as I walked in the store she greeted me so warmly, not in the normal buyer/seller way, but personally and genuine. Ahhh, what a welcomed lift to my spirit from a total stranger who through her simple greeting, ""Hello welcome to the house of petals..."" infused the up most respect, compassion, enthusiasm and value for me. I found it easy to put my order in her hands and KNEW she would use all of her integrity and artistry to carry through on my order.
Pros: Service beyond the call. A life validating experience.
