Review content:
Urban Nirvana is extremely small with only two treatment rooms and one restroom. The ""lounge"" area holds two slipper chairs and it is also the lobby so it's not comfortable to relax in your spa robe when anyone can walk in off the street. I am a plus sized woman and was uncomfortable in a too small robe, there are no plus sized robes available. The shoes do not appear to be cleaned between guests, as we were instructed to return our shoes to the shelf. There are only two treatment rooms but 10 very small lockers? It would make more sense to provide larger lockers since the spa cannot accomodate that many people.
Pros: Easy to get to
Cons: Not great for larger women
