As first time parents, we thought this would be a great practice to join as it was affiliated with my OBGYN. NOT THE case and we learned that the hard way. My daughter had multiple ear infections as well as many other problems. Their solution was always to prescribe a new and different antibiotic. She would see a different doc every time. They never answer the phone - you will always have to leave a message and then someone will call you back. Even when you make an appt, be prepared to sit there for at least 30-45 mins before being seen, then add on an additional 25-35 mins once they take you back to a room for the doc to see you. We went an entire yr, 18 mos to be exact and 10+ ear infections before they took MY ADVICE to send my child to an ENT. Even after that, they would treat, what they dubbed as, ""minor problems"" over the phone, often mis-diagnosing her. The last mis-diagnosis was what led to our decision to go elsewhere. We've been very happy with our new Pediatrician ever since. Small office, the doc knows her and treats my daughter as if she were treating her own child. Thank goodness - no more NWG Peds!!!! Pros: Thumbs Down Cons: Thumbs Down
