i was at rsm honda few days ago and let me tell you this was hands down the best dealership experience i have ever had. day before i stopped by fladeboe and power honda in costa mesa and they treated me like dirt. the moment i told them i am shopping for a car for my wife and she is not with me right now they totally lost interest in me and just left on their car lot. fladeboe salesman said let me get more info and never came back.
when i got to rsm i was helped by julie carter one of the internet managers at rsm honda and her manager gala. both of them were very professional and very helpful gave me all the details i needed including payments and model options and i look them home and came back with my wife and bought a beautiful accord from them. great service and good people. highly recomended. A+++
