Review content:
The forum apartments are the worst apartments that you could get in Mt Pleasant. NEVER live there. The office staff is VERY unfriendly, the maintence workers are rude and judgemental and NEVER do thier job. All the forum staff does all day is sit in the main office and play pool, occationally answering phones. They dont take complaints seriously, unless they have something against you as a person. There is always ice in front of the stairs that never gets salted. Many people have fallen due to this. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that anyone does in the apartment above, below or next to you. When moving out make sure to ALWAYS take pictures of EVERYTHING, otherwise they WILL replace carpet, doors, ovens, ect and charge you for the damages. Overall, noone should live in these apartments. They are cheaply built, not maintained whatsoever, and there is constantly trash thrown around the buildings.
