Review content:
The food is fair the portions are huge but the service is horrible. Very poor management and to my surprise I was later told I was speaking with the owner. I planned a party for about 20 people and was promised a private room when I arrived I was told the a/c was broken in the room. Nobody called me, even though I called the day before to confirm and they had my phone number. I asked if I could use the private patio and they said they would check and never returned by the time I asked again the guests began to arrive and it was to late. The waitress never asked anyone I was sitting with if they wanted soup or salad and just assumed everyone wanted soup. One guest never recieved his meal and we asked for it three times. He was told there was a mix up in the kitchen. I was charged $8.00 for serving our cake even though I cut and served the cake myself. I tried to express my concerns to the Manager who never made eye contact with me and at one point even walked away while I was expressing my concerns. She did end up waiving the $8.00 but made me feel like she was doing me a favor. This was a total emabarressment to me and I regret ever having the party there. I have been going there for years and lately I have noticed that both the quality for the food and the service is changing.
Pros: alot of food for the money
Cons: goes to show that it's not all about the food because the service was terrible
