Review content:
This towing company has a serious case of RUDE customer service. My daughter's car was towed because she forgot to put up her parking pass. When she went to get the car out of the tow lot, she questioned why it cost so much ($135). The response from the OWNER was ""young lady this is how we make our money, I'm sure you don't work and have a family to support"" she was shocked at how he was talking to her and asked me to call. I called back and his tone with me was the same. First I was told that the owner was not there, only because I asked for their business license # was the owner put on the line. His response to me was that he didn't have to give me that and I could contact their corporation if I had any complaints. When I asked what that phone number would be he said ""You're talking to the person in charge of the corporation"" He was very rude. Not only speaking to a young 19-year old lady like that, but also to someone who just wanted to know why he thinks it's o.k. to speak to anyone in this matter. I would hope that NOONE would ever use this company if they needed help. You would only get frustrated and spoken to as if nothing you have to say really matters.
