Review content:
Well, as far as the buiness aspect of the company or lack there of it was OK. They returned my calls (for the most part, after I called a few times repeatedly). However I was informed that I had 10 days to claim my car and on the 7th day when I went to get it finally, I found out it was going to be shipped off to the auction before my 10 was up. Also when I got my car all of my belongings where there, however the ONE item that my husband I an were concerned about was a CD that was in the CD player when it was towed. When I went to get my car, my key wouldn't work and the man helped me and explained to me that it just had to be reprogrammed since they had to make a spare key for it. So as I left and was sitting at the light I turned the radio on (since it was off because it automatically turns itself off when a CD is ejcted that was playing). So after I got home and my husband asked about his CD and we searched we realized it wasn't there, So the next day I called and asked the receptionist and she told me she would check and have someone call me back. Well 4 hours later I called again, then the old man got on the phone and told me that I asked him about my key working because I wanted to get the CD out of the radio. I informed him that I wanted my key to work so I could leave and it wasn't till I was at the stop light that I even messed with the CD player and radio. I informed him that normally I wouldn't care since it was just a CD however it has sentimental value to my husband and we'd really appreciate it if he could look for it like he said he would, that was about a week ago and still NOTHING!!! I'm going to visit them tomorrow because this is a crappy and pathetic way to run a business no matter what kind of business it is!!! PS They are also loacted on Roseneath...
