Ate at Kona Last Friday 05-25, Long line 45 min. We opted to sit in the Patio Bar area(Seat Yourself) Very Nice. Drinks were 5-star Mint Moheto and Bloody Mary Exceptional. The Maui Onion soup Great, 4 entrees,Sea bass Excellent, Pork Tenderloin Great, Thai Noodles Great, Sushi was so so the Salmon was good the albacore Tuna was a poor Tilapia Substitute. Ahi Tuna over Rice was disappointing, the portion was large but the Quality was Poor, they used the lower Lateral line Meat which is usually stringy therefore used in ahi salads after it's stripped. When serving Ahi Steaks use the upper meat. Tastes were Great overall, the desserts (The Macadania nut Pie is Excellent). Suggestion: Monitor your Rare Fish and Raw Fish Quality (Fish Advertised) and use proper cuts (Top or Bottom) better, but I wiil go back. For $190.00 I can be critical.
