First of all, I'm from the Atlanta area and was visiting family in Hilton Head. I had been wanting to get something fun and edgy done and a good friend of mine had mentioned Colorboxx, as she had gone here before and had great results and service (she's a colorist herself). I looked the salon up and sent an email after hours wondering if there were any last minute appts for the following day. I got a call not even a few hours later from Nikki, the owner. She was so helpful on telling me who to ask for when I booked the appointment, told me about her stylists. This instantly put me at ease (when I find a great stylist, I stick with them. so being on vacation and not knowing, made me a little nervous, but Nikki's confidence in her staff and salon changed all that).
I had, what I'll call, a high maintainence hair style demand. The whole process took about 6 hours but the results I left with were highly worth it. All the ladies I met were so extremely nice and hospitable. Kelsey did a marvelous job on my hair and her experience definitely shows. Mad props to her for putting up with me for that long. My mom even found something that she wanted so we came back!! I seriously have nothing but great things to say about this salon. Tragically, it's a little far from Atlanta, but you can bet on it that I'll be back! Thank you so much Kelsey, Nikki and Brittany (I hope that's how you spell it!)
