The Color Boxx came highly recommended to me. I am very, very picky about my hair and I have had a hard time finding a really good salon that I am comfortable with. My experience was a great one. The stylists are friendly and make you feel right at home. My hair cut and color was spot on. In my experience with other salon's I felt that the stylists would not listen to what I wanted and I ended up having to search magazines franticly to try to show them what type of style and color I was looking for. This was not a problem for the stylist at Color Boxx. No franticly searching pictures here. I explained what I was looking for and my stylist knew just what I wanted. She was friendly, professional and worked with confidence. I was very impressed with the end results. The salon itself was organized, clean and sophisticated. I did have the opportunity to meet the owner of the salon. She was so kind and along with my stylist, offered me some great styling tips. My husband and I run our own landscaping business and customer service is our number one priority. I feel this should be every business' priority. I have never had a bad experience at this salon and also have never heard any of the staff speak out of line to each other or their customers. It takes me an hour to drive to the Color Boxx from where I live and its worth every minute.
