Hello fellow petowners of Chicago! . My dog sammy and I would reccomend this petsmart to everyone. We went in on Saterday and the place was a madhouse but in a good way, if that makes sense. We were origanally just looking for treats but I popped into the grooming salon to see if I could get sammy's nails trimmed. The girl who took care of us was really nice and was patient with sammy's anxiousness about her paws. Sammy got her nails done, a little spritz of perfume, and even some doggy binaca! (how cool is that!) She is in desperate need of a haircut so I'm going to call for an appointment during the week so it won't be so crowded. So over all this PetSmart was really good, clean, well stocked, friendly people,and a good selection of treats! I will write another review when sammy gets her hair cut. Stay tuned...
Pros: friendly employees, good assortment of treats, patient groomers
Cons: none really, if your thinking about going there go for it
