phone service is horrible. first of all, they want to get ou off the phone as soon as possible. they barely take any information and give you any with lots of attitute. plus, there is a woman named catherine there who obviously hates her job. as soon as i walked in there was no customer service whatsoever. i said good afternoon while holding my puppy and she did not respond. i let that go and she proceeded to check if i had an appointment. she asked my puppy's name and told me i was wrong about what breed MY dog was. i explained to her he was a mixed breed and she not only continued to disagree but she rolled her eyes and banged impatiently on something while she kept checking on my appointment. told me my dogs records where not in order when in fact they were because i had taken him in not long before (and when i made the appointment over the phone and i asked if everything was set and the records were fine, i was told yes and was hung up on). i asked what she suggested i do about the records and she gave me the option of calling the vet but they were closed. she then called the male who made the appointment and he did not have a better attitude. when i began to explain, he denied i ever asked about records, rudely kept playing with his tongue/tongue ring. the catherine person loudly told the male from the back door to take my dog and to stop if he began biting him and when he heard her, he acknowleged her by only nodding, turning, shaking his neck, pressing his neck, flying his hand and saying ""mmmhmm, ya know it!"".
