Review content:
If you are looking to have a reception or party, then go to another banquet hall. This place has no interpersonal skills and the service is awful. Rather than showing you the hall and selling there place to you, they stare at you and make you do all the work. We didn't even get to enjoy our reception because we were interrupted so many times with tasks they should know how to handle. They didn't even have the appropriate amount of chairs for our guests. I will say the food is delicious, but it would have been nice if we got enough food to feed all our guests that we PAID for. It was just a mess. I would NEVER have another event here again. We are never going back here again and will continue to educated people not to if they want excellent service and value worth your money. This place is unorganized and the people, especially the Manager, is not pleasant to work with! My husband is very easy to please and takes alot to make him upset- and even he was very disappointed and upset about the service we got, how we had to tell them every little thing (ie move the desserts off dance floor so our guests can dance, bring out more dishes for the desserts, etc.) and worst of all, there wasn't enough food for all our guests because they were lazy to bring more food out. We definitely did not get enough food for our guests that we paid for. This place is an embarrassment!
