I lived at Westage for 3 years and can tell you that besides the other negative review (all of which is true), the place is a firetrap waiting to be tourched. I've been so concerned about that place, I bought the domain name for westageattheharbor and have been the force to get things rectified there. If you want a condo on the water, I highly recommend Bay Village. It has much more to offer (pool, community center, workout room, garage for everyone, docks, amazing view) for a bit more money, but the condo fees and taxes are much less.
Pros: it's on the lake
Cons: if you want to feel like an outcast....this is the place to live
