WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! After spending more than $10,000, they did a very suspect job, and left the property in deplorable condition. In fact, a number of landscapers looked at the aftermath, and couldn't believe it. To quote one of them, ""I've never seen a more f*#@*d up yard after a septic install. I would take the guy who put the system in to court."" I have left several messages for them and finally received a message from the secretary saying that there was nothing they could do. They have ABSOLUTELY no respect for their customers after the fact and have no sense of workmanship. If you really need help, be very cautious. After really believing that I could trust them, and being nothing but nice through the whole process, I realize that they are just like any other contractor. They could care less about anything except getting paid. My mistake for not seeing it to begin with, but they pushed the job back several times and didn't complete the install until well after the snow was flying. Plus, I don't live at the address where the job was ""done"". This is not over yet, and I don't expect it to be any time soon. Enough said for now. I am far too angry and could fill three more pages about this whole mess. Just don't trust them!
