My neighbor had work done by G&K sewer. I can say that as an older person, she was treated respectfully and the work was taken care of right away. We wanted to make sure that a positive review was published about this experience. more

After quoting me a good price which I stupidly paid in full upon start of project, they ran and installed new sewer line. They left the trench open for almost a year before I threatened litigation. They tried charging me additional money for coming back to do the sewer cap of the old line and back filling the trench even though they were part of the original agreement. Work was sub par at best. I would never personally do business with G&K again. more

I recently used the services of G&K Sewer when I had water leaking all over my basement. The owner personally met with me and explained what was causing the problem and what needed to be done. I found the cost to be very reasonable especially considering what I could have lost with a flooded basement. The owner was very knowledgable about how the water flow works around the foundation and basement of the house and I found out that he has over 30 years of experience. I did have to phone the office once and the secretary got back to me with the answer to my question. The work was done in a timely manner - and considering it was a busy time of year they scheduled me in right away. I found the service to be prompt and the workers to be professional. I highly recommend this contractor for sewer and drainage work. Pros: efficient, very knowledgable more

This guy does not believe in giving his workers a fair days wage for an honest days work. While he resides in a up scale estate and promises his men raises he failes to deliver with his string along tactics. I would not give this guy any of my buissines. Jason Kelly sewer construction offers better service with profesional instalation. I have nothing but good thing's when I had my septic installed by them. Very helpfull at a resonable price. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! After spending more than $10,000, they did a very suspect job, and left the property in deplorable condition. In fact, a number of landscapers looked at the aftermath, and couldn't believe it. To quote one of them, ""I've never seen a more f*#@*d up yard after a septic install. I would take the guy who put the system in to court."" I have left several messages for them and finally received a message from the secretary saying that there was nothing they could do. They have ABSOLUTELY no respect for their customers after the fact and have no sense of workmanship. If you really need help, be very cautious. After really believing that I could trust them, and being nothing but nice through the whole process, I realize that they are just like any other contractor. They could care less about anything except getting paid. My mistake for not seeing it to begin with, but they pushed the job back several times and didn't complete the install until well after the snow was flying. Plus, I don't live at the address where the job was ""done"". This is not over yet, and I don't expect it to be any time soon. Enough said for now. I am far too angry and could fill three more pages about this whole mess. Just don't trust them! more
