Review content:
The office staff in New Era Optical are pathetic. Yes, at first when I went into New Era for the first time for an eye exam, I thought they were okay. During the exam, they told me that I needed to come back because they thought I had something really wrong with my eyes, okay. That's fine. I told them that I would call them when I have time free because work/child is way more important then the doctors right now. Well, I just recieved a message telling me that I needed to schedule another appointment. then, they called my fiance right after stating that they didn't think I was responsible and that maybe he would have some type of influence on me. I called them back and told them they were very unprofessional and needed to get it together and that they would never have me as a patient again.
