everywhere i look, there seems to be an asian or sushi restaurant in every plaza. sometimes i wonder if all the chefs in all those places know what they are making or know the safe food handling of raw fish. when i think of sushi, i think raw, fresh,healthy, but thats not always a guarantee with certain places. Japango is the one place i can actually say that they know what they are doing, whether its the food, and servicing customers. yes i don't get the great service that i usually get all the time when they are very busy but time and time again, they don't disappoint. I know that they are in a rapid expansion phase, which is good for them but at the same time real wish they don't change too much. must have is the crispy rice, to die for and the tuns pizza as well
