Bradly made a same day appointment 10 days ago to do moss removal and moss prevention, along with gutter cleaning. Seemed perfect.
He brushed the moss off between the shingles and sprayed Moss Out for Roofs on the rooftop. He also attended to the gutters. $390 total, ""guaranteed"" for one year on the invoice. Said that the moss prevention will probably work for 4-7 years.
All seemed well until our first rain, when the gutter that spans the width of our home was overflowing. I called Bradly today, to see if he could check the gutter. He said there'd be a $50-$75 fee ... I'm confused. I paid him 10 days ago to moss removal, gutter cleaning, and moss prevention. I won't be hiring Bradly again since he doesn't stand behind his work - just 10 days later.
