Bradly made a same day appointment 10 days ago to do moss removal and moss prevention, along with gutter cleaning. Seemed perfect. He brushed the moss off between the shingles...

Disappointing follow up 4/18/2011

Bradly made a same day appointment 10 days ago to do moss removal and moss prevention, along with gutter cleaning. Seemed perfect. He brushed the moss off between the shingles and sprayed Moss Out for Roofs on the rooftop. He also attended to the gutters. $390 total, ""guaranteed"" for one year on the invoice. Said that the moss prevention will probably work for 4-7 years. All seemed well until our first rain, when the gutter that spans the width of our home was overflowing. I called Bradly today, to see if he could check the gutter. He said there'd be a $50-$75 fee ... I'm confused. I paid him 10 days ago to moss removal, gutter cleaning, and moss prevention. I won't be hiring Bradly again since he doesn't stand behind his work - just 10 days later. more

Moss Removal expert 2/19/2011

In addition to getting a GREAT job done of moss removal on my roof I met a nice guy today. If who you deal with is as important to you as the work that gets done, take the time to call Brad. You won't be disapointed. He is very personable and will take the extra time to explain what he is doing, why it is important and also point out other things you might consider doing to save you some headaches down the road. He has a strong work ethic, knows what he is doing and has the right tools for the job. What more could you ask for? Thanks, Brad. more

Quality work and timely service 11/5/2010

We found Brad through his website, which is a sm?rg?sbord of wonderful information about home maintenance. Brad had someone come out the same day to address our needs. Although there was a slight miscommunication about the work needed, Brad himself came out the very next day, in the rain, to finish the job. I'm very happy with the work performed and it really helped improve our home's curb appeal. Thank you Brad. more

Best moss removal and other exterior maintenance help 4/26/2009

Brad Lewis has an old-fashioned ethic of good service that will make you nostalgic. He is a true gentleman. He gives you the best possible value and helps you save you money later. He treats your house with the same care that he would give his own house. After Brad pressure-washed our entryway, the concrete is bright white and the fence is a lovely reddish wood color instead of gray and green. Highly recommended.
