Businiess name:  Blackmarket Bakery

Review content:
Over the past 1.5 years, I must have ordered at least a dozen cakes from Black Market Bakery. The quality of ingredients and delicious taste keeps me going back again and again. I'm a creature of habit and really like Mr. Special (buttermilk cake, berries, cointreau syrup and vanilla buttercream) and Moulin Rouge (chocolate cake, hazelnut ganache, toasted hazelnuts, raspberries and dark chocolate ganache). The weight of Rachel's cakes are something to comment about - they are heavy! Probably due to the amount of real butter and other high quality ingredients. You can get a sneak peak of Black Market Bakery at the farmers markets in Irvine, Tustin and the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds - this is where I discovered them first! Pros: Quality of cakes, original flavors (think kiwi lime macaroons) Cons: Random location - in a business park, ""to go"" only
