Review content:
Blackmarket Bakery is an absolute Orange County find! They have such quality products and wonderful staff. Everything is freshly handmade from scratch. The brioche is a favorite. Try using it for making French Toast. The tarts are amazing. Save yourself some work and buy some for a dinner party. Our favorites are the Basque with almonds, raspberries and lime cream and the Black Widow with chocolate ganache and caramel (yes, deadly). Put the cinnamon marshmallows in your morning coffee and you'll have a new addiction. Everytime I bring home a different product, my family says, ""Where did you get this?"" The flavor combinations in the cakes are amazing and can be custom decorated. A must for a special occasion. And to top it all off, you can go to the bakery for classes if you want to improve your own baking skills. The classes are like no other. They are not a demonstration. You get hands on experience in the kitchen with recipes that are wonderful and Chef Rachel is so inspirational.
