i needed an oil change one day. just happened to see their sign as i was driving down venice one day. stopped in. treated me like they'd known me all my life. got my oil change done in less than twenty minutes. went back at later date when my car wasn't running right. they fixed it right away. i'm an actress and they helped me make it in time to my audition. i got the part. we're now on a first name basis. they drop everything for me whenever i roll in. they are such sweeties. i put my headshot and portfolio in their Hotties celebrity binder. whenever i need anything, i call them.
Pros: treat me like i'm part of the family, always happy to see me.
Cons: they need more room to park.
