Really, you can't go wrong with Tarks. Simple, well done, basic stuff: Fried seafood, steamed crab, fresh oysters, and a kick ass grouper sandwich. The menu hasn't changed in fifty years. No really, they are literally the same menus! WEll maybe not, but the certainly feel like it. The place doesn't do much to keep up it 's decor or ambiance, they really don't care. They care about fresh fast food, and cooks who have lived some wild lives. All makes for an amazing feast. Go. Trust me. go. And don't bother to get out of your pjs, no one will care.
