Dear Jeff
You may remember that I came into your office about 3 weeks ago and nearly walked out based upon my initial (and uninformed) look at your prices. However, you coaxed me into discussing carpet pricing further and convinced me to give you a try. After bothering you with innumerable hours of looking at carpet samples, I finally selected a fairly inexpensive Karistan carpet. I also had to reschedule the install several times because of the time it was taking to get my townhouse painted.
I short, I simply want to THANK you for both you and carpet Exchange?s effort on this small (approx. 1,300 sq foot) job. My moving into the property was a nightmare due to the mess and problems left behind by the partners, the movers, Qwest and others. The one highlight was that working with you was honestly a pleasure and Carpet Exchange?s installers did a clean, swift and excellent job with the install!
While we often take the time to make complaints, we also seem to ignore the compliments and kudos for a job well done. I truly appreciate it!
