Great customer service 7/5/2011

Great customer service. I have had their service for a long time. The drivers are so professional. My son loves watching their truck come down the street. Everytime he is out their the driver stops and shows him how it works more

Good Company 6/3/2011

After having an issue with this company, the owner, Mr. Joe Spagnuolo made it right with me in every way he could have made it right including three months service at no charge. If those that have a complaint would call him and let him know, I assure you he will make it right. He has a family to support and wants only to run a good clean company with good service and good rates. I would say that any small business owner has the right to know what's happening with their customers,, and he has convinced me that he will do the right thing. more

More than happy with Cycle Works 5/10/2011

I've never had a problem with Cycle Works service. Any time I've needed to call their office, I've reached a helpful and polite representative. A competing company recently canvassed my neighborhood offering a better price, but Cycle Works agreed to beat the competitor's price in order to keep our business. We are more than happy to stay with them. They've never missed a pick up day at our home. more

I hesitated because of all the negative reviews, until I realized that most of them are from 2+ years ago. Time heals all wounds yall, give cycle works a chance. more

I switched to them a year ago from WM. Best choice I ever made. we called when we had a problem and the customer service was friendly and helpful. I would rather support local business any day of the week than support these sanitation fat cats in their world domination. more

cycle works sanitation is where it's at when it comes to garbage removal. my husband and i have had have plenty of bad experiences with other companies, but this company is great and it fits our budget. give them a try - they are the best. more

I'm so glad our development choose Cycle Works over our previous vendor. They have been outstanding in the way they do business in our community! Thanks for doing a great job! If there are any issues they handle them right away, no questions asked. I wish all business would do this more

Cycle Works took over the service in my subdivision three years ago and I am very pleased with the service. They are always on time; have no fluid spills; cleanup if a can spills; bill on time and with plenty of time in advance. Great Service from a locally owned and operated company! more

Great service at a low price 4/13/2011

I switched to Cycleworks about a year ago to save about half the amount I was spending before. I have not had any problems with their service at all. They have always been accomodating when we have more trash than normal. They pick up early every Thursday (except during holiday weeks). I was actually surprised by the quality of service we recieved for such a low price. more
