On Dec.28 2011I called [ Go Green] to remove blue paint from my carpet. I paid over $240 for the service, I than paid $99.for shompoo the same room that had the blue stain in .It looked like the stain was gone but a few hours after they left the stain was back again. I called Bill on the 29 and he said he would come back on the 30 and remove the stain again. He did not show and did not call.When I finally heard from him {3} days later he said he had sickness in his family..A man that honesty his word would have call back and let me .Know he was coming because I waited for him {ALL DAY}. After a week Bill did say he would be willing to cover the expanie if I had another company come out and remove the paint.We got Steam Machine carpet in 20 min.the stain gone and stay gone.It only cost me $80.What was I think. I know I just need to get the paint fast and cost moeny and time.I hope Bill Long will be ture to his word this time cover the cost .If I took my time I WOULD NOT HAVE SAID OK TO THAT. THE PRICE BILL LONG ASK FOR. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND GO GREEN PROESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE .. I send a letter to B B B today and letter to Stae of NC of Justice.In my OPINION Bill Long is a[ Liar] is a strong word. But what do you call a man that does not keep his word. i just you can dress it up. My opinion you can dress up but at the end of the day he is still a liar in my book.Steam Machine 919 457- 8591 Tom Hutchison kept his word to me
