They sold me a lemon truck brand new with a faulty front end, when the truck is in four wheel drive the front tires pull in towards each other. the service manager said that that is normal and there is nothing they will do for me. so after finally getting it fixed four times 24000 miles GM is finally buying the truck back. but it you want to go somewhere where they can not even fix a simple sqeak in the front end that was casued by the shocks i suggest you go there. the servie there is horrible the service manager lies to you and says everything is the way its suppose to be when its not. i went to 5 seperate auto shops and they all told me i need new idler arm pitman arm tie rods and ball joints. bell tire has a zero tolernce in play for the front end, gm allows tolerance in it, i think that should be the other way around. i would think gm wants their customers to be safe in their products but i guess not. so to all that want poor quality service take a visit down to merrolis chevrolet. Pros: they are buying my truck back Cons: they never fixed it from 371 mi to 24000 miles
