I hate even leaving one star for this place. This is the epitome of the worst customer service you could get anywhere! When they opened my husband and I went and the server was so totally slow that dining there, mind you, pizza only took almost 2 hours. The server forgot my husband's beer and we had to ask for it 3 times! There weren't many people there so they weren't slammed or anything. The food was o.k. but since it took forever to get it the thrill was gone. We said we'd never go back. So the other day a friend of my husbands said that he had went and it was better than it was when they opened. We thought we'd give it another try. We entered, there was no one to greet us. We sat down and no one came over ... EVER!! We sat for 9 minutes. We were constantly locking eyes with the manager, we could guess he was the manager because he had a different type uniform on and was behind the counter looking official, and he would look at us and look away. The restaurant was only 30% full and all the staff seemed to be hanging out with some local cops who were at a table nearby. But to totally go completely unnoticed / ignored is ridiculous. We can officially say we won't EVER go back or speak well of it to anyone. So I'd say go here only if your willing to wait on yourself!

Cons: Zero service.
