I was in the process of renting one of their listings and after they verbally committed to the property with my agent and myself, and cashed our first months rent check they come back a week later and say that the owner decided to go another direction. they claim that they didn't know we were serious about renting, but then why did they cash my check? Don't trust them in serving your best interests, they are unethical and don't deserve your business!!!!
Cons: Slow to answer emails, don't return phone calls, UNETHICAL
