Wish I could have given these people zero stars. I have been calling and emailing to get information on an apartment for rent. I had to call the broker Rus 4 times and then the agency owner Keisha before I could get an answer. I have been leaving messages over the past two weeks to get an update with zero follow up. No calls. No emails. Nothing. Yes, I admit that I'm pretty frustrated. I just finally got the broker and the owner on the phone and was told that I seem upset in my voicemails so why would they want to call me back? WHAT? It didn't seem to sink in with either of these people that I would not have been angry if someone had simply returned a phone call. All I want to do is find a place to live and the other brokers I leave messages with actually call back. I am flabbergasted by the way this company is run and can't recommend highly enough that you take your business elsewhere to a competent real estate professional if you want to actually sell or rent a property. Shame on these people. I own my own business and would not be in business if my staff and I treated our clients this way. Keisha actually told me that ""she can't control whether her broker does or does not call people back"". Ah...ok. Let me know how that's working out for you. more

I had a wonderful experience renting my new apartment through Trust Realty One. I spoke with Lisa, we talked for a while, she helped me to figure out exactly what I was looking for. I just started a new job and needed a place quick, I was so stressed. We looked at 3 apartments and I new the first one was the right one. She found the perfect place for me. I moved in two weeks later. I am so happy in my new home! more

My agent Lisa always called me back, I asked a lot of questions and got a lot of answers until I finally found what I was looking for!! I thought there was a fee at first. but she even negotiated so i not only didn't have to pay a fee, but cut my rent by $50.00 I was so thankful!! Pros: Attentive,Helpful! more

I was in the process of renting one of their listings and after they verbally committed to the property with my agent and myself, and cashed our first months rent check they come back a week later and say that the owner decided to go another direction. they claim that they didn't know we were serious about renting, but then why did they cash my check? Don't trust them in serving your best interests, they are unethical and don't deserve your business!!!! Cons: Slow to answer emails, don't return phone calls, UNETHICAL more

They are professional and attentive. Always answering their phones. I moved into a great house and they made me feel comfortable about the deal. I would recommend them highly. Pros: They work fast Cons: can be persistant more
