Review content:
As a business owner myself, I don't like it when someone bashes another business for some small reason. I don't write reviews but I feel I need to at this time. My experience at AAB was less than pleasant and I write this to warn others about their sub-par service. I was told I would be contacted about the status of my car. Didn't happen. If I had not gone by the shop to find out what was taking so long, my car would still be there. I was told it would be 2 weeks for the repair: Didn't happen. It took 7 weeks. When I picked up the car, it was dirty and the paint job was noticably uneven. They said they'd fix it but it will take another 2-3 days. The price kept jumping around and I had to press them for any sort of hard figure. I was always told "" we have to go into our computer and that will take a long time"". I simply do not TRUST these folks and if I can't trust someone, I will not use them again or reccomend them to another. Be forewarned.
