Accurate Autobody

As a business owner myself, I don't like it when someone bashes another business for some small reason. I don't write reviews but I feel I need to at this time. My experience at AAB was less than pleasant and I write this to warn others about their sub-par service. I was told I would be contacted about the status of my car. Didn't happen. If I had not gone by the shop to find out what was taking so long, my car would still be there. I was told it would be 2 weeks for the repair: Didn't happen. It took 7 weeks. When I picked up the car, it was dirty and the paint job was noticably uneven. They said they'd fix it but it will take another 2-3 days. The price kept jumping around and I had to press them for any sort of hard figure. I was always told "" we have to go into our computer and that will take a long time"". I simply do not TRUST these folks and if I can't trust someone, I will not use them again or reccomend them to another. Be forewarned. more

Again, I wish to thank you for your wonderful customer service. Although we will never understand what the coating was on my car or how it got there, the one thing I do know is that I could not have received better service or cooperation while correcting the problem. I recently had repair work done on my car and they not only did a great job taking care of the dent from the fender bender but a great job taking care of me personally. Due to my work schedule it was impossible for me to get down during normal business hours. Their key drop was helpful and they even went above and beyond just fixing the dent and also did a full detail of my car, which hasn't looked this good in a long time. I'd highly recommend them to anyone! more
