WHEN PURCHASING RIDGID TOOLS AND BATTERIES HOME DEPOT HAS A POLICY OF REPLACING THE BATTERIES AND TOOLS. EVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT. THE RETAIL STORE WOULD NOT REPLACE THE ITEMS, BUT HOME DEPOT'S CORPORATE OFFICE AGREED THAT THE POLICY WAS TO REPLACE THEM AND ACTION IS BEING TAKEN. BE CAREFUL OF WHAT THE STORE MANAGERS TELL YOU. CALL THE HOME DEPOT CORPORATE OFFICE TO VERIFY ANY AND ALL CONCERNS REGARDING RETURNS OF RIDGID POWER TOOLS.
