I HAVE NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THIS MICHAELS AND THEY ALLOWED A CUSTOMER WHO STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO JUST TELL THEM THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER (MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER AT THAT!) AND EXPIRATION DATE TO MAKE A PURCHASE OF $400 ON MY CREDIT CARD. THE BANK FORTUNATELY TOOK THIS CHARGE OFF, BUT HOW COULD THE STAFF HERE BE SUCH IDIOTS?! YOU CAN'T JUST TAKE SOMEBODY'S WORD THAT THEY WROTE DOWN THEIR ""CREDIT CARD NUMBER"" ON A F-CKING NAPKIN. THAT'S HOW FRAUD HAS BECOME SUCH AN EASY TASK .
