They're either really lazy or just plum don't care about their customers. I was in the store for about an hour and a half and struggled to find someone to help me in the frame department. The first associate acted like I was a burden to him and what he was working on. The second associate helped me, but rushed the conversation and quickly went to the next customer and later stayed on the same customer for about 45 minutes and completely ignored the fact that I was trying to get help. I saw managers walking around and they also neglected to help anyone different than their current customer. I had a few items that I needed to purchase still and wandered around the store trying to get help and could I get help, nope! I think this is some of the worst customer service ever. It just astonished me how they could take 30-45 mins on one customer who can't make up their minds and can't take 5-10 minutes to help me out. And when you did find an associate around, they pushed you off on another associate.
