After being told they only needed two weeks to alter my wedding dress, I dropped it off two weeks prior to my wedding portrait day. I was told I could pick it up at 10am on Thursday morning. I went to pick up the dress on Thursday at 5:30 and my dress was not even there yet! The seamstress came running in the door with the dress. I tried it on and the hem had not even been altered! The seamstress quickly grabbed a needle and thread and hand stitched the hem leaving puckers and dress. It was very poorly done. THere is not always a seamstress there is able to pin your clothing for alterations, so make sure you call before you show up. I went several times and had to keep going back when someone was available. I would not recommend them.
Cons: Very poor alteration job & poor customer service
