Businiess name:  Olga's Cup & Saucer

Review content:
I have tried Olga's Cup and Saucer several times because it is with in walking distance from my office. Every single time I have gone, I have always received great food. But something has to be done with the service. It is simply unacceptable. The two aweful girls, (mind you, not the owners who are very sweet) that work behind the counter did not make me feel welcome at all and this wasn't the first time. They don't say the common niceties you should say in a restaurant. They stare at you, or more like scowl at you, and if you need anything (napkins anyone?) they roll their eyes and lazily give them to you. You may think that I might be an equally horrible person for writing this but several of my co-workers and friends have experienced the same thing. Another instance where I was shocked: I asked for a box to wrap my left-overs in. One of the girls asked me almost incredulously what I needed to wrap. I told her ""my left overs"". She handed me a piece of FOIL. Didn't offer to wrap it, just handed me foil. No bag, nothing. Unless they change some of their staff, I am never stepping foot at Olgas again. It's a shame 'cause their baked goods are the best I've had in Providence. Pros: Baked goods Cons: Service
