kick403, I don't know what vet you are talking about, but I KNOW YOU ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE FIVE POINTS ANIMAL CLINIC! No way would Dr. Gallery, Dr. Harbauch, or any of the staff treat anybody the way you describe! I have been taking my babies there for 20 years and each and everyone I have encountered has been kind, caring, and professional. One of the Doctors there even gave me his home phone number and called to check on me and my dog, as she was dying of old age. I call them constantly and ask questions about my dogs and they try as best they can to help me by phone, and are always patient and concerned for my canine family members. Trust me - I am FANATIC about my babies, and wouldn't trust anyone else but the folks at FIVE POINTS ANIMAL CLINIC! PS: Dr. Gallery would probably pay for your animal to be treated if he had to. That's how much he cares about his patients.
