The technician of 360 Carpet Cleaners are wonderful. They were prompt for the appointment and took the time to explain what they were going to do. They broke down and explained the cost of everything. I have twin 2 year old and my carpet looked drab grey full of food and drink stains and my 3 piece couch had so many stains I was embarrassed to have people come in. After they were done, the carpet was a lite tan color-looked like when I first bought the home and my couch set looked like it came out of the store. I highly recommend this company and have every intention of using them again. THANK YOU THANK YOU
