I dropped my shoes off about a month ago and have tried to pick them up several weeknights about 10 minutes before closing time. The owner locked the doors and was clearly inside but did not open them even though I knocked. Upon going in on a Saturday, he told me that he couldn't find them so I needed to come back. He refused to offer to look for them at that point. I called three times during the week to tell him that I was coming back in the next Saturday but he blew me off. Upon going in the next Saturday, he refused to even look for them and when I told him that I needed my shoes back after a month, he asked me to pay him a storage fee in a rude tone. He also began to get very defensive and also violent when pressed to find the shoes. The owner of this business has no customer service skills and doesn't care when he loses people's shoes. DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHOES TO BE FIXED HERE or you may not ever get them back!
