I have hired this company to plow my snow. I pay $80.00 per month for anything over 1 1/2 inches. So far they have only showed up in a timely fashion 3 times for the 13 snow events. Today we are sitting on the 2nd day after 18 inches with a driveway full of snow. I have called, and e-mailed. They do not even answer the phone. You cannot even leave a message. I went on Angie's list, and found many others with the same complaint. I won't ever use them again.
